Common use of Year Limited Warranty Clause in Contracts

Year Limited Warranty. If your product needs repair/replacement, you will be issued an RMA (Return Merchandise Authorization) number. All returned items must include an assigned RMA number displayed clearly on the shipping label or package to avoid any delay. In the event that a product is purchased and becomes non-operable within the first 30 days after installation, we will install a new product and cover all installation and shipping charges to and from your location. Our returns department will handle all replacement processing. If a product is deemed non-operable or defective within the first 36 months from purchase, it will be repaired or replaced free of charge. The customer is responsible for any return shipping costs after 30 days from the initial purchase date. We will cover any costs associated with shipping the product back to your location.
