Year End Summary Report. shall be completed by the Agency and received by the County no later than 30 days after the last day of fiscal year. This report shall include a summary of quarterly information reported. In the event the Agency fails to maintain its reporting obligations, the County reserves the right to withhold reimbursements to the agency or order payment stopped to a subcontractor in an amount proportional to the data estimated to be outstanding until such time that the data is current.
