YEAR END BUS CLEANING Clause Samples

The 'Year End Bus Cleaning' clause establishes the requirement for a thorough cleaning of buses at the conclusion of each operational year. Typically, this involves detailing the scope of cleaning, such as interior and exterior washing, sanitization, and removal of accumulated debris, and may specify who is responsible for performing or paying for the service. The core function of this clause is to ensure that buses are maintained in good condition, promoting hygiene, prolonging vehicle lifespan, and preparing the fleet for the next year of service.
