Common use of Year 2000 Compatibility Clause in Contracts

Year 2000 Compatibility. Take all actions necessary to assure the Borrower's computer based systems are able to operate and effectively process data on and after January 1, 2000. At the request of the Lender, the Borrower shall provide the Lender with assurance acceptable to the Lender that Borrower's computer systems have Year 2000 compatibility.

Year 2000 Compatibility. Take The Borrower and its Subsidiaries ----------------------- shall take all actions action necessary to assure that the Borrower's computer based systems of the Borrower and its Subsidiaries are able to operate and effectively process data including dates on and or after January 1, 2000. At the request of the LenderBank, the Borrower shall provide the Lender with Bank reasonable assurance reasonably acceptable to the Lender that Borrower's computer systems have Year Bank of the year 2000 compatibilitycompatibility of the Borrower and its Subsidiaries.

Year 2000 Compatibility. Take The Borrower shall take all actions reasonably necessary to assure the that Borrower's computer based systems are able to operate and effectively process data which includes dates on and after January 1, 2000. At the request of the LenderLead Agents, the Borrower shall provide the Lender with assurance acceptable reasonable assurances satisfactory to the Lender that Lead Agents of the Borrower's computer systems have Year 2000 compatibility.

Year 2000 Compatibility. Take all actions action necessary to assure the Borrower's computer that all computer-based systems of the Borrower and each of its Subsidiaries are able to operate and effectively process data data, including dates, on and after January 1, 2000. At the request of the Lender, the Borrower shall provide the Lender with assurance acceptable to the Lender that Borrower's computer systems have of the Year 2000 compatibilitycompatibility of the computer-based systems of the Borrower and each of its Subsidiaries.

Take The Borrower will, and will cause each of its Subsidiaries to, take all actions action necessary to assure the Borrower's computer ensure that its computer-based systems are able to operate and effectively process data including dates on and after January 1, 2000. At the request of the LenderAdministrative Agent or the Required Lenders, the Borrower shall will provide the Lender with reasonable assurance acceptable to the Lender that Borrower's computer systems have of its Year 2000 compatibility.

Take The Borrower will take all actions actions, and cause each of its Subsidiaries to take all actions, reasonably necessary to assure that the Borrower's material computer based systems of the Borrower and its Subsidiaries are able to operate and effectively process data which includes dates on and after January 1, 2000. At the request of the LenderAdministrative Agent, the Borrower shall provide the Lender with assurance acceptable reasonable assurances satisfactory to the Lender that Borrower's computer systems have Administrative Agent of the Year 2000 compatibilitycompatibility of the material computer based systems of the Borrower and its Subsidiaries.

Take The Borrower shall take all actions action necessary to assure that, prior to January 1, 2000, the Borrower's computer based systems are able to operate and effectively process data including dates on and after January 1, 2000. At the request of the LenderDeal Agent, the Borrower shall provide the Lender with assurance acceptable to the Lender that Deal Agent of the Borrower's computer systems have Year 2000 compatibility.

Year 2000 Compatibility. Take The Borrower will, and will cause each of its Material Subsidiaries to, take all actions action necessary to assure the Borrower's computer ensure that its material computer-based systems are able to operate and effectively process data including dates on and after January 1, 2000. At the request of the LenderAgent or the Required Lenders, the Borrower shall will provide the Lender with reasonable assurance acceptable to the Lender that Borrower's computer systems have of its Year 2000 compatibility.

Take The Borrower and its Subsidiaries have taken all appropriate actions necessary to assure that the Borrower's material computer based systems of the Borrower and its Subsidiaries are able to operate and effectively process data which includes dates on and after January 1, 2000. At , except where the request of the Lender, the Borrower shall provide the Lender with assurance acceptable failure to the Lender that Borrower's computer systems operate or process such dates would not have Year 2000 compatibilitya Material Adverse Effect.

At the request of the LenderAgent or the Required Lenders, the Borrower shall will provide the Lender with reasonable assurance acceptable to the Lender that Borrower's computer systems have of its Year 2000 compatibility.

Year 2000 Compatibility. At the request of the LenderAgent or the Required Lenders, the Borrower shall will provide the Lender with reasonable assurance acceptable to the Lender that Borrower's computer systems have of its Year 2000 compatibility.

At the request of the LenderAdministrative Agent, the Borrower shall provide the Lender with assurance acceptable reasonable assurances satisfactory to the Lender that Borrower's computer systems have Administrative Agent of the Year 2000 compatibility.compatibility of the material computer based systems of the Borrower and its Subsidiaries..

Take Each Borrower will, and will cause each of its respective Subsidiaries to, use its best efforts to take all actions action necessary to assure the Borrower's computer ensure that its computer-based systems are able to operate and effectively process data including dates on and after January 1, 2000. At the request of the Lender, the each Borrower shall will provide the Lender with reasonable assurance acceptable to the Lender that Borrower's computer systems have of its Year 2000 compatibility.

Year 2000 Compatibility. Take all actions action necessary to assure that the Borrower's computer based systems of the Borrower and each Subsidiary of the Borrower are able to operate and effectively process data including dates on and after January 1, 2000. At In addition, at the request of the any Lender, the Borrower shall provide such Lender any additional assurances in form and substance reasonably satisfactory to such Lender of the Lender with assurance acceptable to the Lender that Borrower's computer systems have Year and each of its Subsidiaries' year 2000 compatibility.

Year 2000 Compatibility. Take all actions action reasonably necessary to assure ensure that the Borrower's computer based systems of the Borrower and its Subsidiaries are able in all material respects to operate and effectively process data with respect to dates on and after January 1, 2000. At the request of the LenderAgent, the Borrower shall provide to the Lender with assurance Agent and the Lenders assurances reasonably acceptable to the Lender that Borrower's computer systems have Agent of the Year 2000 compatibilitycompatibility of the Borrower and its Subsidiaries.

At the request of the LenderAgent, the Borrower shall provide the Lender with assurance acceptable reasonable assurances satisfactory to the Lender that Agent of the Borrower's computer systems have Year 2000 compatibility.

Year 2000 Compatibility. Take Borrower will, and will cause each of its Subsidiaries to, take all actions action necessary to assure the Borrower's computer ensure that its computer-based systems are able to operate and effectively process data including dates on and after January 1, 2000, except where the failure to do so could not reasonably be expected to result in a Material Adverse Effect. At the request of the Lender, the Borrower shall will provide the Lender with reasonable assurance acceptable to the Lender that Borrower's computer systems have Year of its and its Subsidiaries' year 2000 compatibility.
