Yard Waste Services – Clause Samples

The Yard Waste Services clause defines the responsibilities and procedures for the collection, disposal, or management of yard waste generated at a property. Typically, this clause outlines what materials are considered yard waste, such as grass clippings, leaves, and branches, and specifies how these materials should be separated, stored, and made available for pickup or removal. It may also detail the frequency of service, any restrictions on the types or quantities of waste, and the party responsible for associated costs.
