Bags. Plastic sacks designed to store refuse with sufficient wall strength to maintain physical integrity when lifted by the top. Total weight of a bag and its contents shall not exceed thirty- five (35) pounds.

Bags. Plastic sacks designed to store and enclose waste with sufficient wall strength to maintain physical integrity when lifted by top.
Bags. All product is to be placed in a bag. The type of bag is dependent upon the assembly to be bagged. Clear polyethylene (3 mil minimum thickness) is acceptable for those assemblies not being sensitive to Electrostatic Discharge (ESD). If the product itself is sensitive to ESD, a static shielding bag should be used to protect the product. The bag is to be sealed or folded over (closed with a re-sealable ESD label) so as to complete a faraday cage.
Bags. (1) Producers may not use or offer plastic shopping bags, commonly called “T-shirt bags,” or any plastic shopping bag with a handle.
(a) Exception: Producers may use or offer jumbo plastic bags, commonly called “blue bags,” for wholesale orders
(b) Exception: Producers may use or offer produce bags, commonly on a roll.
(2) Producers may use or offer to customers paper bags and reusable fabric bags. Producers must charge a 5-cent fee for each paper bag sold to a customer (excluding such customers who are Supplemental Nutrition Assistance Program (SNAP) and/or Special Supplemental Nutrition Program for Women, Infants and Children (WIC) recipients), which fee must be remitted to the state. A Producer’s failure to adhere to this policy may result in a Fine of $50 per day of infraction under Part VI.B.1 - “Fines.”
(3) All products shall be packaged and labeled in accordance with NY State regulations.

Bags. Hirers are not to sell or supply single-use plastic bags; this includes biodegradable bags. Alternatives include ‘bags for life’ or paper bags. Hirers who are sub-letting the venue ie. for Craft Fairs/Gift Fairs are to advise sub-hirers accordingly. Plastic Sachets Plastic sachets containing single servings of sugar, ketchup, mayo etc. are not to be brought onto any council premises. Please bring full size bottles.
Bags. We understand that your child may wish to personalise their school book bags by adding keyrings and/or other adornments, however, we request that you avoid doing this as we cannot be responsible for things getting lost or broken. Large items also impact on how these can be stored in class and cloakrooms.
Bags. Bags over the size limit of 18 x 12 x 8 inches will not be permitted at BlizzCon. All bags, regardless of size, are subject to inspection at any time;
Bags. 6.1 The anticipated bag for the day, subject to weather conditions, is as stated in the confirmation letter/booking form, but no warranty is given by the Lessor in this respect.
6.2 If less than the anticipated bag is shot, the Lessor may (for parties of eight guns or more) at its sole discretion, consider whether to issue a partial refund upon request. In considering any such request, the Lessor will take into consideration several factors, including but not limited to, a full line of experienced guns participating and a cartridge to kill ratio of 3.5:1 at all shoots. ▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇ to kills being achieved by the shooting party are decided by the host on the day, whose decision shall be final and binding. Any greater ratio of cartridges to kills will nullify the consideration of payment of any such rebate, irrespective of the bag size.
6.3 If the guns exceed the anticipated bag for the day by 10% or more, all overages will be charged at the same rate per bird as that used for calculating the full invoiced cost of the day, plus VAT. A separate invoice, payable within 28 days, will be raised to cover all overages.
