YARD. (the Builder) hereby makes the following Declaration of Warranty: In pursuance of the provisions of Article 13.4 of the Contract (Builder)

YARD. Buyer shall provide shipping fixtures to the Storage Yard. Seller shall be responsible for transfer of the shipping fixtures to the Production Facility for the loading and transportation of the blades to the Storage Yard. Seller shall be responsible for the proper care of the shipping fixtures, and all unloading of trailers at the Storage Yard. […***…]. YARD. Tenant shall, at his/her expense, maintain the premises by watering, weeding, edging and mowing the lawn, shrubs, trees and landscaping. If the lawn is higher than four inches and/or the flowerbed areas become infested with weeds, ▇▇▇▇▇▇’s Agent may contract someone to mow the grass and/or remove the weeds. Tenant will be obligated to pay for said service(s). Tenant shall be responsible to provide his/her own lawn mower and gardening equipment unless Owner has left said items on the premises for ▇▇▇▇▇▇’s use. At no time can vehicles or trailers be parked on, or driven on the lawn.

YARD. The yard is the tenant’s responsibility and MUST be kept watered, mowed and trimmed at all times. Garden beds are to be neat, tidy and free of weeds at all times.

YARD. Shipper/Receiver Responsible for all aspects of the shipping and receiving function including all paperwork. Must be able to operate material handling equipment (fork lifts and loaders) and will be required to operate them when other regular operators are not readily available. Storekeeper Storekeeping duties, inventory control, warehouse duties, shipping/receiving duties. Operate forklift and loader when other regular operators not available. Yardman Loader Operation, forklift operation, tie machine operation, material handling and preventative maintenance (i.e. check oil, gas, tires, etc.). Remove fit rails in Q.A. area. Truck Driver/Crane Operator

YARD. The Employer agrees to maintain its yard, which is used to store its vehicles, in a safe and appropriate manner.

YARD. LESSEE agrees to be responsible for maintenance of the yard including mowing grass and trimming shrubs, etc. No modification of this agreement shall be made except in writing signed by both parties. LESSEE has read and understands the provisions set forth on this lease. Housing built before 1978 may contain lead-based paint. Lead from paint, paint chips, and dust can pose health hazards if not taken care of properly. Lead exposure is especially harmful to young children and pregnant women. Before renting pre-1978 housing, landlords must disclose the presence of known lead- based paint hazards in the dwelling. Tenants must also receive a Federally approved pamphlet on lead poisoning prevention.
