Garden Clause Samples
The 'Garden' clause typically outlines the rights and responsibilities related to the use, maintenance, or modification of garden areas within a property. It may specify who is responsible for upkeep, what types of plants or structures are permitted, and whether tenants or owners can make changes to the landscaping. This clause ensures that the garden is maintained to a certain standard, prevents disputes over alterations, and clarifies obligations to avoid neglect or unauthorized changes.
