Garden. 3.15.1 To keep gardens, window boxes or grounds in good order; the paths tidy, the grass cut and borders weeded and in the same style and condition as at the commencement of the Tenancy. Garden. The Wellness Center shall maintain an outdoor garden, either on-site or at a local community nursery. The garden shall be used to provide benefits for members on multiple levels, and shall offer members an opportunity for therapeutic recreation, learning job skills, team building exercises, and practicing responsibility. As a secondary benefit to having a garden, the harvest of fruits and vegetables may be used for cooking, nutrition, and healthy living classes offered by the program.
Garden. If the Property has a garden the Tenant must keep the garden in a clean and tidy state. The grass should be cut regularly, flower beds weeded and plants watered as necessary. The arrangement of the garden should not be altered by removal or disfiguration of any trees, shrubs or plants.
