Common use of Xxxxxxxxxx Xxxxxxxxxx Clause in Contracts

XXXXXXX XXXX XXXXXX CONSTRUCTION LABOUR RELATIONS ASSOCIATION LIMITED (hereinafter referred to as the "CLRA") - AND - UNITED BROTHERHOOD OF CARPENTERS & JOINERS OF AMERICA LOCAL 1588 (hereinafter referred to as the "Union") Any scheduled change in payroll or employer contributions under this Appendix shall go into effect on the Sunday closest to the stated date of the change, so as to line up with Employer’s payroll.
