Xxxxxxxx of Electronic Communications. Communications may be posted on the pages of the Service website or other website disclosed to you and/or delivered to the email address you provide. An electronic Communication sent by email is deemed to be sent at the time that it is directed by Xxxx's email server to the appropriate email address and deemed to have been received by you when Bank sends it to you, whether or not you received the email. An electronic Communication made by posting to the pages of the Service is deemed to be sent at the time it is publicly available and deemed to have been received by you no later than five (5) business days after Bank posts the Communication on the pages of the Service, whether or not you retrieve the Communication. You agree that these are reasonable procedures for sending and receiving electronic Communications.
