Common use of Xxxxxxx Xxxxxxxxxx Clause in Contracts

Xxrsuant to the Employment Agreement, the Company loaned Dr. Xxxxxxxxxx xxx principal amount of $100,000, of which $86,738 is currently outstanding, and the Company has a second mortgage on certain real property held by Dr. Xxxxxxxxxx. Xxterest on the loan is charged at the prime rate, and any bonus awarded may be used to pay this loan. In any year in which Dr. Xxxxxxxxxx xx not awarded a bonus, no principal payment is due.
