Common use of Xxxxxxx Xxx Classifications Clause in Contracts

Xxxxxxx Xxx Classifications. There shall be two classifications established in the Xxxxxxx Xxx operation, Xxxxxxx Xxx Grader and Xxxxxxx Xxx Xxxxxx, both to be paid under Labour Group 1 rates of Section 4.04. Employees shall be given preference as to the choice of classification providing they are capable of doing the work involved.
