Common use of Xxxxxxx Mac Guarantees Clause in Contracts

Xxxxxxx Mac Guarantees. With respect to each Series, the Guarantor hereby guarantees to the Trustee and to each Holder of a Certificate (i) the timely payment of interest at the applicable Class Coupon or as otherwise described in the applicable Terms Supplement and (ii) the payment of the principal amount of the Holder’s Certificate as provided in the applicable Terms Supplement, including payment in full on or before the applicable Final Payment Date.
