Common use of Xxxxxxx Employment Clause in Contracts

Xxxxxxx Employment. Contemporaneously with the Members’ execution of this Agreement on the Effective Date, the Company and Xxxxxxx Xxxxxxx shall execute the Xxxxxxx Employment Agreement. Notwithstanding anything contained herein to the contrary, all Members and the Company hereby specifically acknowledge and approve the Xxxxxxx Employment Agreement and the terms thereof, including Xxxxxxx’x compensation and Xxxxxxx’x services and covenants.
