Common use of Xxxxxx and time of payment Clause in Contracts

Xxxxxx and time of payment. Each amount payable under Clause 6.1 (Payments to the Fiscal Agent - Issuer or Guarantor to pay Fiscal Agent) shall be paid unconditionally by credit transfer in euro and in same day, freely transferable, cleared funds not later than 10.00 a.m. (London time) on the relevant day to such account with such bank as the Fiscal Agent may from time to time by notice to the Issuer and the Guarantor specify for such purpose. The Issuer or (as the case may be) the Guarantor shall, before 10.00 a.m. (Local Time) on the second Local Banking Day before the due date of each payment by it under Clause 6.1 (Payments to the Fiscal Agent - Issuer or Guarantor to pay Fiscal Agent), confirm to the Paying Agent the amount of such payment, in respect of what such payment will be made and the name of the bank to which such payment is being made.
