Common use of Xxxxxx and Breach Clause in Contracts

Xxxxxx and Breach. No failure by a Party to insist upon the strict performance of any covenant, agreement, term, or condition of this Addendum shall constitute a waiver of any such breach or such covenant, agreement, term, or condition. Any Party may waive compliance by the other Party with any of the provisions of this Addendum if done so in writing. No waiver of any provision shall be construed as a waiver of any other provision or any subsequent waiver of the same provision.
