Network Compliance. Paramount Rx, at its sole cost and expense, will ensure to the best of its ability that all participating pharmacies accept the discount prescription card using Client provided BIN numbers. This will include pharmacy payer sheet announcements to pharmacies.
Network Compliance. (a) Customer agrees that although Company has no obligation whatsoever to monitor, review, inspect, screen, audit or otherwise verify content of the information passing through Company’s host computers, network hubs and points of presence (“Network”), Company shall have the right to undertake any such activities concerning compliance with the restrictions under this Agreement. (b) Any access to third party networks directly connected to the Company’s Network by the Customer must also comply with the rules appropriate for such third party networks.
Network Compliance. The COUNTY may direct the CONTRACTOR to implement network security features which the COUNTY determines, through its own evaluation, meet the requirements of any local, state and/or federal security and/or encryption requirements to which the COUNTY is obligated. Because of the continuous evolution of the sophistication of network-based threats and infrastructure technologies, CONTRACTOR does not make and it is acknowledged that CONTRACTOR cannot make any warranty or representation that any system attack or impacting incident will be detected or prevented.

The system shall be compliant with Federal and State Criminal Justice Information (CJI) System standards Data Security: The application shall comply with all related ISS security and IT standards for software and hardware per Attachment 2 -Iss Enterprise Security Standards – External Data Hosting and Attachment 3 – Orange County It Standards.
