Common use of Xxxxx of Restricted Stock Clause in Contracts

Xxxxx of Restricted Stock. The Corporation hereby grants to Grantee (who, pursuant to this Award is a Participant in the Plan) the number of shares of Restricted Stock set forth above, subject to adjustment as provided otherwise in this Agreement. Notwithstanding anything to the contrary anywhere else in this Agreement, the shares of Restricted Stock in this Award are subject to the terms and provisions of the Plan, which are incorporated by reference into this Agreement.
