Common use of Xxxxx of Restricted Stock Units Clause in Contracts

The Corporation grants to Grantee (who, pursuant to this Award is a Participant in the Plan) the number of Restricted Stock Units set forth above, subject to adjustment as provided in this Agreement. The Restricted Stock Units granted under this Agreement are payable only in shares of Stock as described in Section II.A.2. Notwithstanding anything to the contrary anywhere else in this Agreement, the Restricted Stock Units subject to this Award are subject to the terms and provisions of the Plan, which are incorporated by reference into this Agreement.
