Common use of Xxxx Delivery and Presentment Clause in Contracts

Xxxx Delivery and Presentment.  The Xxxx Payment Service includes a feature that electronically presents you with electronic bills from select Billers. Electronic bills may not be available from all of your Billers. Electronic bills are provided as a convenience only, and you remain solely responsible for contacting your Billers directly if you do not receive their statements. In addition, if you elect to activate one of the Xxxx Payment Service's electronic xxxx options, you also agree to the following: o Presentation of electronic bills – You will receive electronic bills from a Xxxxxx only if both: (a) you have designated it in the Xxxx Payment Service as one of your Billers, and
