Common use of Xx Conflicts Clause in Contracts

Xx Conflicts. Contractor, by signature to this Contract, represents and warrants that Contractor’s performance of the Services under this Contract creates no potential or actual conflict of interest as defined by ORS 244; and no statutes, rules or regulations of any State of Oregon or federal agency for which Contractor currently performs work would prohibit Contractor from performing the Services under this Contract.
