Written voting Clause Samples

The Written Voting clause establishes the procedure by which parties can cast votes or make decisions in writing, rather than in person or verbally. Typically, this clause outlines the acceptable formats for written votes, such as email, signed documents, or electronic platforms, and may specify deadlines or requirements for validity. Its core practical function is to facilitate decision-making when physical meetings are impractical, ensuring that all parties can participate and that records of votes are clearly documented.
Written voting. Any decision may also be taken without a meeting if the Coordinator circulates to all Members a written document which is then approved and signed by the defined majority of Members (6.2.2.3). Such document shall include the deadline for responses.
