Common use of Written Notice to C Clause in Contracts

Written Notice to C. F.L.P.A. When a Member Club or the C.F.L. imposes a fine upon a Player, it shall be required to serve written notice to the C.F.L.P.A. setting out the name of the Player, the amount of the fine and reason for the fine within ten (10) days of the imposition of the fine. In the event that written notice is not served as herein provided, the fine shall have no force or effect.
