Written Modifications Only. No modification, amendment, supplement to, or waiver of this Agreement or any of its provisions shall be binding unless made in writing and signed by the Parties. Additionally, no Party may assign its respective rights or its respective obligations hereunder without the prior written consent of the other Party hereto.
