WRITTEN LEASE AGREEMENT. This lease and any signed attachments constitute the entire agreement between the parties and no other statements are binding. Any changes or additions to this lease must be in writing and signed by Landlord and Tenant(s). Tenant is also bound to abide by the policies outlined in the Apartment Manual. Landlord may provide Tenant(s) with additional written rules and regulations during the term of the lease as they become reasonably necessary. Landlord agrees to provide Tenant(s) with a copy of this signed lease. If additional copies are requested, the following charges will be applied: Digital Copy $5, Hard Copy $10.
