Common use of Written Explanation of Variance Clause in Contracts

Written Explanation of Variance. GRANTEE shall provide a written explanation to the OAG on a quarterly basis to the extent that the performance of the SAVNS system, the Certified Vendor, or the GRANTEE varies from the projected performance thereof as provided in the Maintenance Plan required by Section 3.2 hereunder. In addition to the written explanation, GRANTEE shall promptly answer any questions from the OAG, whether in writing or otherwise, in connection with the quarterly and annual reports presented to the OAG.
