- Written Authorizations Sample Clauses

- Written Authorizations. During the term of this Agreement and upon written instruction by the Union, the Employer shall instruct the Auditor to make periodic dues deductions levied by the Union from the wages of bargaining unit employees who have voluntarily signed and presented a written dues deduction authorization to the County. Written dues authorizations shall remain in effect until the employee is transferred or promoted to a job classification outside of the bargaining unit.
- Written Authorizations. Qualified Escrow Holder shall rely upon written authorization when communicated by facsimile, mail or courier delivery and signed by one of the signatories for Intermediary and one of the signatories for Exchangor as authorized on Exhibit B of this Escrow Agreement. Such written authorization with counterpart signatures shall be accepted. Each party shall have the right, upon prior notice to the other parties in the manner provided herein, to change or add to the signatories listed on Exhibit B of this Agreement.

The request must include all supporting documents required by the lease and any other supporting documentation required by the Commissioner.
