Written Approval Required. (1) No change to the contracted Services or Deliverables or any other aspect of this Agreement will become effective without the prior written approval of a duly authorized representative of each Party. (2) If HHSC accepts CONTRACTOR’s proposal or Change Order Request, the Parties will draft and execute an amendment to this Agreement. HHSC’s Executive Commissioner or his designee and a duly authorized representative of CONTRACTOR must sign the amendment. (3) The Parties will execute a formal contract amendment for any Change Order that increases or decreases the total contract price or changes the scope of work.
