Written Approval Required. Contractor shall not perform changes in the Work until Owner or Owner’s Representative has approved in writing the pricing for the change and any adjustment in the Schedule for performance of the Work, except as set forth in this Article 9.1. Upon receiving such written approval from Owner or Owner’s Representative, Contractor shall diligently perform the change in strict accordance with the Contract.
