Writing Services. Purchaser hereby engages Seller to write a re-write (“Re-Write”) and a polish (“Polish”) in connection with the Screenplay, on a pay-or-play basis, for a writing fee of Thirty Six Thousand Dollars ($36,000) in the aggregate, which shall be allocated Twenty Four Thousand Dollars ($24,000) to the Re-Write and Twelve Thousand Dollars ($12,000) to the First Polish. The commencement of the Re-Write will occur when a director has been engaged to supervise the Re-Write, but in no event later than twelve (12) weeks following the date of commencement of the Initial Option Period. See the Summary of Medical Benefits for the amount that you pay. • Physical therapy, occupational therapy, and speech therapy services when rendered as part of the treatment of autism spectrum disorder. A benefit limit will not apply to these services. • Psychological and psychiatric services, and prescription drugs are also covered. See Behavioral Health Services and Prescription Drugs and Diabetic Equipment or Supplies for additional information. Coverage for autism spectrum disorders does not affect any obligation of a school district, a state or other governmental entity to provide services to an individual under an individualized family service plan, an individualized education program, or similar services required under state or federal law. Services related to autism that are furnished by school personnel are not covered under this plan.

  • Educational Services Any service or supply for education, training or retraining services or testing including: special education, remedial education; cognitive remediation; wilderness/outdoor treatment, therapy or adventure programs (whether or not the program is part of a Residential Treatment facility or otherwise licensed institution); job training or job hardening programs; educational services and schooling or any such related or similar program including therapeutic programs within a school setting.
