Common use of Workweek Challenges Clause in Contracts

Workweek Challenges. The number of Class Workweeks you worked during the Class Period, as recorded in Laundryheap’s records, are stated in the first page of this Notice. You have until to challenge the number of Workweeks. You can submit your challenge by signing and sending a letter to the Administrator via mail, email or fax. Section 9 of this Notice has the Administrator’s contact information. You need to support your challenge by sending copies of pay stubs or other records. The Administrator will accept Laundryheap’s calculation of Workweeks based on Laundryheap’s records as accurate unless you send copies of records containing contrary information.
