WORKSITE REPRESENTATIVES. a) The employer shall give recognition to an employee who is elected by the employees and endorsed by the union executive as a centre representative. b) Where a centre representative is appointed in accordance with Part 18 (a), the employer will allow up to five days of unpaid leave per year to assist in the transaction of union business.
