Common use of Works Clause in Contracts

Works. Contributor will create and provide to Visit Orlando certain content as requested by Visit Orlando, such as social media posts (to include reels and stories), photos, videos, blog posts and the like (each, a “Work” and collectively “Works”) as identified in Exhibit A.
