Common use of Works Clause in Contracts

Works. (a) The Developer will carry out the Works in accordance with this agreement, including the Construction Terms, and any Development Consent or other Approval granted for the Works. (b) The Works or any part of the Works required under this agreement will be taken to have been completed for the purposes of this agreement when a Certificate of Practical Completion has been issued for those Works.

Works. (b) The Works or any part of the Works required under this agreement will be taken to have been completed for the purposes of this agreement when a Certificate of Practical Completion has been issued for those Works.

(b) The Works or any part of the Works required under this agreement will be taken to have been completed for the purposes of this agreement when a Certificate of Practical Completion has been issued for those Works.

(b) The Works or any part of must be completed and (if applicable) delivered to the Works required under this agreement will be taken to have been completed for relevant public authority in accordance with the purposes of this agreement when a Certificate of Practical Completion has been issued for those Workstimeframes specified in Schedule 1.
