Workplace Privacy. 23.1 The Executive’s attention is drawn to the Company’s Privacy Notice which is available upon request. 23.2 The Executive consents to the Company monitoring their communication and electronic equipment including, without limitation, the Company's telephone, chat and e-mail systems, information stored on the Company's computer equipment (including all electronically stored information that is the property of the Company), recordings from the Company's closed circuit television cameras and any other computer equipment or other device used by the Executive in the performance of their duties.
