Workmanlike Manner. The Vendor represents, and warrants that all services to be provided under this Agreement or a Purchasing Instrument will be carried out in a workmanlike manner by qualified personnel, and the work must align with the terms of the Agreement and Purchasing Instrument as well as industry standards for similar tasks. In cases where no specification exists, the Parties agree to follow generally accepted industry standards. If the Purchasing Entity identifies services not meeting these standards, the Vendor will re-perform them at no extra cost. The Vendor will refund any fees paid by the Purchasing Entity for any services were not satisfactorily provided and cannot otherwise be cured.
