Workmanlike Manner. Grantee represents, warrants, and covenants that all Projects(s) be performed or provided under this Agreement shall be performed or provided in a professional, competent, diligent and workmanlike manner by knowledgeable, trained and qualified personnel, all in accordance with the terms of this Agreement and the highest standards of performance applicable to service providers in the industry for similar tasks and projects. In the absence of a specification for the performance of any portion of this Agreement, the Parties agree that the applicable specification shall be the generally accepted industry standard. So long as the Office notifies Grantee of any aspects of any Project(s) performed in violation of this standard, Grantee shall re-perform the relevant aspects of the Project(s) at no additional cost to the Office or impacted consumers, such that the Project(s) are rendered in the above-specified manner, or if the Grantee is unable to perform the Project(s) as warranted, Grantee shall reimburse the Office any fees or compensation paid to Grantee for the unsatisfactory performance.
