Workmanlike Manner. All construction work done by Tenant within the Premises shall be performed in a good and workmanlike and first class manner, in compliance with all governmental requirements, and in such manner as to cause a minimum of interference with other construction in progress and/or with the transaction of business in the Shopping Center.
