Workmanlike Construction. All construction and maintenance work shall be performed by Grantee in a good, safe and workmanlike manner, in compliance with all federal, state and local laws, rules and regulations applicable thereto.
Workmanlike Construction. ▇▇▇▇▇▇ agrees that the installation and any subsequent Improvements shall be completed in a neat workmanlike condition and consistent with good engineering practices. All costs of the installation, including, but not limited to, the cost of bringing electrical service to Tenant’s equipment by directional boring or by open trenching in the event any unforeseen conditions are encountered during the underground boring process, will be paid by ▇▇▇▇▇▇. Tenant agrees to work in good faith with the appropriate utility companies to install all utilities, where it possible, underground with the easement areas designated in Exhibit B.
Workmanlike Construction. The Complex will be constructed in good and workmanlike fashion, free from material faults and defects, and substantially in accordance with the Drawings and Specifications.
