Workload Limits Sample Clauses

The Workload Limits clause sets boundaries on the amount or type of work that a party, typically an employee or contractor, is required to perform under an agreement. It may specify maximum hours per week, restrict the number of projects handled simultaneously, or define limits on overtime. By establishing these parameters, the clause helps prevent overwork, ensures compliance with labor laws, and provides clarity on expectations, thereby protecting both parties from disputes related to excessive workload.
