Common use of Working File Clause in Contracts

Working File. Working files maintained by the employee’s supervisor and/or evaluator shall be open to inspection by the employee. Working files shall be cleared at the end of each school year except that derogatory materials may remain for one (1) year from the date of occurrence in the working file.
