Workforce Unit Allocation and Completion. Developer shall ensure that a prorata number of Workforce Units are made available for occupancy concurrently with each building that receives a certificate of occupancy. The prorata allocation shall be based on the total number of Workforce Units required under this Agreement and the total number of buildings in the development minus one (i.e. 48 units ÷ 8 buildings = 6 units per building). Failure to comply with this clause shall be considered a breach of this Agreement.
