WORKFORCE ADMINISTRATION. Section 8.1 Employees to Whom This Article is Applicable. This Article 8, subject to 8.8(c), applies and refers separately to employees within each of the three (3) bargaining units described in Article 1, except that (1) the provisions of Article 8 shall be applied separately to Xxxxxxx AFB, California and Palmdale, California combined, and (2) an employee at Xxxxxxx AFB or Palmdale who has transferred to either California assignment from a SPEEA-represented position in Washington will be treated for purposes of eligibility for retention at Washington as though surplused from the Major Organization with which the employee was identified immediately prior to transfer to Xxxxxxx AFB or Palmdale and in accord with the retention provisions of this Agreement.

WORKFORCE ADMINISTRATION. Providing oversight services for the Business in such areas as professional recruitment, performance appraisal systems, personnel education and training, procurement of employee benefits and the design of incentive compensation packages. Any such services provided to the Business by Manager’s corporate and Departments as set forth on Table 2 of Exhibit D are covered by the Centralized Administrative Support Fee. Subject to the limitation set forth in ARTICLE IV and Section 7.4 requiring Joint Management Committee approvals for certain unbudgeted expenditures, any expenses or fees incurred by Manager for third-party consultants, subcontractors, additional personnel dedicated to the OLH Entities, or vendors or any other category of expenses or fees set forth on Table 1 of Exhibit D in connection with its provision of these services constitute Reimbursable Costs and are not covered by the Centralized Administrative Support Fee.
WORKFORCE ADMINISTRATION. Provide administrative support for recruitment campaigns, including bulk recruitment projects; effective onboarding and induction practices as well as training and development programs to ready our staff for their new workspaces. • Support high-volume recruitment and selection campaigns using consistent and merit-based selection processes. • Support the preparation of routine HR documentation (such as job advertisements, job descriptions) ensuring consistent application of Geelong Arts Centre HR processes and technology.

  • Reinsurance Administration THE COMPANY shall perform all duties with respect to the administration of the reinsurance under this Agreement on the portion of the policies reinsured under this Agreement.

  • Program Administration An activity relating to the general management, oversight and coordination of community development programs. Costs directly related to carrying out eligible activities are not included.

  • Shared Leave Administration A. The calculation of the recipient’s leave value will be in accordance with applicable Office of Financial Management policies, regulations, and procedures. The leave received will be coded as shared leave and be maintained separately from all other leave balances. All paid leave accrued must be used prior to using shared leave when the employee qualifies for shared leave under 13.2 A.1. Accrued vacation leave and paid military leave allowed under RCW 38.40.060 must be used prior to using shared leave for employees qualified under 13.2 A.2. All paid leave, except sick leave, must be used prior to using shared leave when the employee qualifies for shared leave under 13.2 A.3 and 13.2 A.4.

  • Policy Administration The Company shall provide all required, necessary and appropriate claims, administrative and other services with respect to the Policies. The Company shall use reasonable care in its administration and claims practices with respect to the Policies and in administering and performing its duties under this Agreement and such practices, administration and performance shall (a) conform with Applicable Law; (b) not be fraudulent; and (c) be no less favorable than those used by the Company with respect to other policies of the Company not reinsured by the Reinsurer.

  • Agreement Administration SBBC has delegated authority to the Superintendent of Schools or his/her designee to take any actions necessary to implement and administer this Agreement.

  • Employment and Training Administration The ratio of trainees to journeymen on the job site shall not be greater than permitted under the plan approved by the Employment and Training Administration. Every trainee must be paid at not less than the rate specified in the approved program for the trainee's level of progress, expressed as a percentage of the journeyman hourly rate specified in the applicable wage determination. Trainees shall be paid fringe benefits in accordance with the provisions of the trainee program. If the trainee program does not mention fringe benefits, trainees shall be paid the full amount of fringe benefits listed on the wage determination unless the Administrator of the Wage and Hour Division determines that there is an apprenticeship program associated with the corresponding journeyman wage rate on the wage determination which provides for less than full fringe benefits for apprentices. Any employee listed on the payroll at a trainee rate who is not registered and participating in a training plan approved by the Employment and Training Administration shall be paid not less than the applicable wage rate on the wage determination for the classification of work actually performed. In addition, any trainee performing work on the job site in excess of the ratio permitted under the registered program shall be paid not less than the applicable wage rate on the wage determination for the work actually performed. In the event the Employment and Training Administration withdraws approval of a training program, the contractor will no longer be permitted to utilize trainees at less than the applicable predetermined rate for the work performed until an acceptable program is approved.

  • Vacation and Sick Leave Administration (a) for the purposes of administration of clauses 34.11 and 34.12, where an employee does not work the same number of hours each week, the normal workweek shall be the weekly average calculated on a monthly basis.

  • Project Administration The Contractor shall provide project administration for all Subcontractors, vendors, suppliers, and others involved in implementing the Work and shall coordinate administration efforts with those of the A/E and ODR in accordance with these Uniform General and Supplementary Conditions and provisions of Division 1 Specifications, and as outlined in the Pre- construction Conference.

  • Grant Administration The District recognizes that Charter Schools are utilizing revenue sources associated with federal and state agency grants. The District is required to be Fiscal Agent on such grants meaning the District is responsible for oversight, approval, review and distribution of funds. These administrative tasks result in the utilization of District resources. In recognition of this, the District is mandating the following.

  • REGULATORY ADMINISTRATION SERVICES BNY Mellon shall provide the following regulatory administration services for each Fund and Series:  Assist the Fund in responding to SEC examination requests by providing requested documents in the possession of BNY Mellon that are on the SEC examination request list and by making employees responsible for providing services available to regulatory authorities having jurisdiction over the performance of such services as may be required or reasonably requested by such regulatory authorities;  Assist with and/or coordinate such other filings, notices and regulatory matters and other due diligence requests or requests for proposal on such terms and conditions as BNY Mellon and the applicable Fund on behalf of itself and its Series may mutually agree upon in writing from time to time; and
