WORKERS. a. Contractor shall at all times enforce strict discipline and good order among its employees and shall not employ any unfit or unskilled person in performing this contract. b. Contractor shall remove from the work any employee deemed incompetent or unfit by District and shall not again employ that employee on the project except with written consent of District.
