Workers Without Authorization Sample Clauses

The "Workers Without Authorization" clause prohibits the employment or use of individuals who do not have the legal right or necessary permits to work in the relevant jurisdiction. In practice, this means that all personnel engaged on a project or contract must have valid work authorization, such as visas or work permits, and the employer is responsible for verifying this status before allowing them to perform any work. This clause helps ensure compliance with immigration and labor laws, protecting both parties from legal penalties and potential project disruptions due to unauthorized labor.
