Worker's Compensation Filing Procedure. A Crewmember who suffers a work-related illness or injury covered by Worker's Compensation must report such illness to the Company as soon as possible and complete an injury/illness report. A claim for Worker's Compensation must be filed in the state where the Crewmember is Based. SECTION 11 - RETIREMENT
