Worker’s Comp; Auto Liability. If the Company should have any employees or own any motor vehicles, then the Company, at its sole cost and expense, shall also purchase and maintain, as applicable: (a) Workers’ Compensation (statutory limits) and Employers’ Liability coverage with not less than $1,000,000 in coverage limits including a Waiver of Subrogation in favor of IHP and Watt; (b) Commercial Automobile liability covering owned, hired, and non-owned autos with not less than $1,000,000 in coverage limits; and (c) Umbrella liability coverage with not less than $10,000,000 in coverage limits, listing all policies and coverages under clauses 5.(a) and (b) hereof.
