Workaround. Should NICE determine that a Cloud Service requires correction, it will, at its sole option, make the correction in the version of the Cloud Service that Customer is then currently using or instruct Customer to install a newer version of the Cloud Service that includes the correction. NICE reserves the right to provide Customer with a workaround in lieu of making a correction should NICE, in its sole judgment, determine that it is more effective to do so.
