Work Week Defined. (a) The regularly scheduled work week starts at 12:01 a.m., Monday and ends one hundred and sixty- eight (168) hours thereafter, except those employees on third shift operations starting Sunday night, in which case their regularly scheduled work week starts with the beginning of their shift Sunday night and ends one hundred and sixty-eight (168) hours thereafter.

(a) The regularly scheduled Employees will not have their work week starts at 12:01 a.m.changed for TDY assignments of seven (7) days or less.
