Work Training Sample Clauses
The Work Training clause establishes the employer's responsibility to provide necessary training to employees to ensure they can perform their job duties effectively and safely. This may include initial onboarding sessions, ongoing skills development, or specific instruction related to equipment or procedures relevant to the role. By outlining these obligations, the clause helps ensure employees are adequately prepared for their tasks, reducing the risk of errors and promoting workplace safety and efficiency.
Work Training. An employee shall be provided with teaching and training for the work he is expected to do. Work training takes place in the companies. Beginners who are hired to work in fish processing shall receive the appropriate training during their first weeks under the guidance of a ▇▇▇▇▇▇▇ and/or trainer.

The Department shall see that all apprentices are under the supervision of a qualified CO or first or second line supervisor and shall provide the necessary diversified experience and training in order to train and develop the apprentice into a skilled CO, proficient in all the work processes of the CO as outlined herein. Apprentices shall also be trained in the use of new equipment, materials and processes as they come into use in the occupation. Apprentices within the program will not be responsible for the Department’s inability to follow the apprenticeship guidelines as defined by CPOST and it shall have no prejudicial effect on their ability to complete their apprenticeship or request remedies, including the granting of credit from CPOST.
